Our story began in classrooms and lecture halls, not boardrooms

Our founder spent 20 years in education, in senior leadership roles across the UK, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Qatar. This global experience, combined with her work with the College Board USA, involved setting up educational institutions, mentoring educators, shaping curriculums, and collaborating with universities and ministries. Along the way, she saw a common thread: talented professionals everywhere were hungry to grow, but didn't always have access to internationally recognised, flexible, and culturally relevant training. Especially not training that actually understood the environments they were working in.
