Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which Certified CPD ("we", "our", "us") provides subscription access to our online courses. By subscribing, you ("you", "your", "the subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription service
Your subscription allows you to redeem subscription points against eligible online courses while your subscription remains active. Unless you have purchased an organisation plan, the subscription is for individual use only. Certificates are issued only in the learner’s name and cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Points and course eligibility
Each course has a published points value. Your points allowance refreshes monthly and can be used at any time during the monthly billing period. Unused points may roll over while you remain subscribed, subject to a rollover cap and any fair usage limits we apply from time to time. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
3. Fees, billing, and minimum term
Subscription fees are charged in advance. If you select monthly billing, your subscription has a minimum term of three (3) months and you may cancel at any time after the minimum term ends. If you select annual billing, fees are charged annually in advance and your subscription continues for the full annual period. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
4. Borrowing points
From your third (3rd) month of subscription onwards, you may have the option to borrow up to one (1) month of points in advance. Borrowing points commits you to an additional one (1) month of subscription beyond your current billing period. Borrowing can only be taken one month at a time. If you regularly need to borrow points, upgrading your tier may be more cost-effective.
5. Fair usage and account security
Your account is single-user and non-transferable. You must keep your login details secure and must not share access with any other person. Any misuse, including sharing access, attempting to transfer certificates, or otherwise abusing the points system, may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.
Certified CPD reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, subscribers will be notified in advance and the updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the notice.
