Course Overview
Mental health affects how we think, feel, respond to challenges and manage everyday life. Building awareness helps us recognise when our own wellbeing, or that of someone around us, may be affected.
This course provides a practical introduction to mental health and wellbeing, including the difference between good and poor mental health, factors that can affect wellbeing, common mental health conditions, stigma, and the process of diagnosis and recovery. It also explores practical approaches to self-care and managing wellbeing
