Lana Kirsten is a results-driven professional with extensive international experience in leadership, strategic planning, and programme development. Lana currently based in Saudia Arabia, has worked in Bahrain and Canada. Lana is one of the founding members of the first educational establishment that opened in Saudia Arabia in the futuristic city called NEOM, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and green living. Her track record includes establishing global educational programmes including the 'Service Learning Programme' which is centred around community and environmental initiatives, fostering inclusive and forward thinking workplaces. She also builds engagement programmes working with industry experts and involving pre university students in projects that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With her dynamic background spanning education, entrepreneurship, and organisational management, Lana specialises in workforce development, employee engagement, and strategic communication.
