With a distinguished background that includes a career with the Metropolitan Police and significant contributions to international consultancy, Steven specialises in designing and implementing systems that drive operational excellence.

Steven’s expertise extends across large-scale projects, including the development and integration of Quality Management Systems for organisations in both public and private sectors. His career highlights also feature pivotal roles in the safety and security of major international sports events, such as the FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Commonwealth Games, and other prestigious global tournaments. He has trained over 8,000 personnel, ranging from venue commanders to safety stewards, through programmes accredited by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
