Cherifa is a multilingual education specialist with over 20 years of experience shaping language provision and leading cross-cultural programmes in the UK and the Gulf region. Her expertise spans curriculum design, international coordination, and strategic leadership in multilingual learning environments.
She has worked extensively with global organisations, including a five-year tenure with Qatar Energy, where she supported international learners and led culturally responsive educational initiatives. Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, Cherifa is adept at tailoring training and curriculum frameworks into multiple languages to meet the diverse needs of clients across sectors.
Currently based in the UK, she teaches French at Laisterdyke Leadership Academy and has previously held leadership roles at institutions including Bronte Girls’ Academy and Feversham College. Cherifa is deeply committed to inclusive education, equity in learning, and empowering student voice through collaborative, multilingual pedagogy.
She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education (Modern Foreign Languages) from the University of Bradford and a BA in Education Studies from Bradford College. Cherifa joins Certified CPD as a Training Associate, bringing her international perspective and specialist knowledge to support impactful professional development.
